Fouras is not interested in anything other than a founder led company. He's had opportunities to cash in already and paid staff from his credit card to keep everything in his own pocket. His Cronies have more than enough shares to prevent a takeover so I wouldn't be worried about that.
No takeover's happening any time soon, unless Andreas gets run over by a bus.
