In my opinion they will develop tests for a lot of the major IVD companies to use their assays and put into a Magnotech cartridge and Philips/Biomerieux would license the use of the device to the IVD's
If we are involved in the cartridge itself then this will be massive as we would get a roylaty for every cartidge sold
