Yes and they know by buyin slowly doesnt upset the shareprice.
Also, One cent when your are buying say 3 millions units is a large saving.
But like always,when an announcemnet comes and the price rallies they all then jump in and buy at current inflated prices...
hence the reasons the rallies are so strong and so huge.
