totally agree MIM. Its nuts. Zero churn is nuts. 100% market penetration is nuts. The other big factor that will come into play is the competitive advantage. Do you want your loved ones cared for in a facility that doesnt care enough to utilise this tech. PCK All the way from cradle to grave. They can use that if they like.
