Yes, the reference he made to GE and Siemens were very deliberate indeed -
The analogy that I would use is when a sports star is looking for a new or bigger deal from his current club and
publicly says that "yes, I have been approached by other clubs, however, my wish is to complete a deal and stay with
my current club".
There should be so many good announcements between now and during 2020 that even if you pay 30 or 35
cents for your shares now, your only regret, later on, will be that you didn't buy more.
