Bought shares at 2c… sold for 20c … should be taxed on CG of 18c … CG at 50% so they’d be paying $4+million in tax + conversion cost of $1.8million so close to 6million to cover the cost of conversation leaving 3million between BOD and free carry of remaining 45million shares between them.
correct me if I’m wrong… usually am.
