Nah mate, it's definitely 100% a negotiation. The only reason we're going there is because they begged us and were so desperate for us to visit that they paid for a luxury private spaceship. The negotiation will commence with us whipping their board of directors with a cat of nine tails, and conclude with us holding them over the side of a building by one ankle to make sure they aren't hiding any change from us. That's just by 10:14 am too. By afternoon tea time our board will have overthrown the government and renamed the country Mixandgovia. At that point the board has scheduled a break to partake in some frites, a variety of exotic condiments, and a flight of the top dozen beers (they found a place that incredibly appears to be offering free beer that day).
