Good morning Muz,

Many moons ago I posted on some research that for me indicated that Philips were indeed POC1. You mentioned at the time that you would buy me a meal if that was indeed the case.

Obviously there is some understanding of what has been mutually agreed upon (albeit informally). What I would appreciate you doing from here is coming back to me with a term sheet that I can agree to (or suggest some amendments to).

Once the term sheet is agreed it will be a relatively quick and easy process for us to produce a binding contract that can be executed once Philips sign.
