Muz, understanding you are busy and knowing that we are on the same page with our upcoming contract I actually see some interesting parallels between our little wage and Anteo and Philips....
In both instances we have been in dialogue for some time.
In both instances our term sheet should be able to be produced quite quickly as there is benefit to both parties upon the right result - and we have already kind of negotiated the terms. As long as I am not looking to throw in a furphy such as you fly me to Vegas for our meal, we should be able to proceed quickly.
In both instances once the term sheet is prepared and agreed upon, the contract should be easily completed and ultimately executed.
In both instances both parties benefit. Philips get to launch a product that works and you and I get a significant boost to our share portfolio (you are liable for the cost of dinner however).
Now as a motivator for you to get cracking on the term sheet (kind of like Philips have a motivator in signing with Anteo so they can launch their device), I will throw in a kicker for quick completion of the particulars.
Heston is bringing his whole restaurant to Melbourne in 2015. When Philips sign with Anteo, you can take me to dinner The Fat Duck Melbourne for his degustation menu matched with wine.
If Philips don't sign with Anteo by the end of 2014 (I am expecting much sooner). I will fly you to Melbourne for the same experience.
