Not sure if you have read other posts, but those with a margin loan with Opes Prime, their OWN capital is also now under the ownership of ANZ. So he could potentially lose all the value of the shares under the Opes facility and this would be dependent on whether ANZ can recoup all their costs and fill that black hole known as irregularities in Opes financial books. What ever surplus is left over is then split amongst the remaining clients.
