I would guess that Phil has a better chance of getting in contact with the relevant ANZ guys than most on this forum. So, if ANZ is selling, and Phil offers to buy at a price sufficient to satisfy ANZ, then why wouldn't ANZ take that option, rather than sell on market at sub 15c as some seem to be inferring?
