Yes, the report is still on the server, but when you look here: http://www.havilah-resources.com.au/media-center/ under the "Research Reports" section, there's no link to it. The last one showing is the "State One" Report from July. So, anyone new to HAV can't get it (unless they're already aware of the link)
It also used to be under the "News" section on the front page and it's gone from there too. Very curious.
