    Have just received this email from Linc and at least PC are attempting to do the right thing

    Hi Mark,

    Apparently Phillips Capital have confirmed they will be emailing out proxy forms to each of their Linc Energy clients in the next day or so.

    If you do not receive anything please let me know and we will follow it up with them.
