The good - positive we can expand faster, and also securing supply of petcoke for production over other industries that also use it.
The not so good - getting in bed with 'big oil' isn't the greatest look for companies looking to live in the green tech world. Having big oil on the Board could be interesting too, as it will have Phillips66 concerns to cover as well when making decisions to overcome the need for fossil fuels...
Good outweighs the bad, but just saying....
