I don't see much discussion on exactly how much additional interest FAR is entitled to under PE. Some have mentioned 5% (presumably 15/100 x 35) but I would expect it to be (15/55 x 35) = 10%. If Phillip was starting from 5% then 5 squared would be 25% - just happens to be 15 + 10. If he was saying FAR is going for an interest of 25% then explainable as above. But maybe he was saying FAR is chasing 25 of COP's 35 percentage points. Thoughts anyone?
