These PE clauses in contracts can't be adjusted wily nily.
WPL agreed a price and COP accepted.
Those two now have to sit this bit out.
I do agree they are probably regretting they didn't pay a little bit more to shut the door so to speak but they will have another opportunity after the PE stage closes.
They could simply bid for FAR and that would put them firmly in the drivers seat.
That is my expectation.
