I have been wondering which party is pushing the boundaries. I'm not sure how much longer this can go on before it starts leaking. There must be quite a few in the know atm......Senegal Gov would have to be aware and you know how they leak here........ CNE,COP,WPL,FAR, Private Equity Company. Its a pretty big list of people to keep quiet. IMO DB
