I could be wrong but i am pretty sure he made that statement during the webinar (which i watched). I can't find the statement in print. I looked briefly for it today. I don't think there is a webinar replay either.
Nonetheless, I am glass half full and expect it to be sorted soon (not necessarily tomorrow though).
I do think our brilliant founder who I massively respect might sometimes be a little naive/flippant with regard to comms. He should keep his cards close to his chest and not let his enthusiasm get in the way. I'd rather he instead under promise and over deliver. Meanwhile, calls for his head are utterly ridiculous.
