saying you will deliver something before a specific date at an update to investors (c. 1.5months away) is not reading the tea leaves unfortunately. investors are fickle and sophisticated investors who don’t like founder led businesses, particularly in healthcare, are even more so. Not to be negative but the importance of Management credibility cannot be understated.
I still stand by my previous view that I believe Management have shareholders best interest in mind and will extract the best possible deal. In the event that they don’t deliver then that probably calls for change of some sort.. whether it be strategy or personnel
