This guidance was also outlined in the 1H24 Investor Presentation pack on slide 8 “expected to be completed in 2H FY2024”.
Naturally there are two ways to look at it 1) they missed their deadline and we can view this negatively because they can’t meet their guidance or 2) they missed their deadline and we can view this positively in that management are doing their utmost to get the best possible agreement for shareholders even if it means missing the deadline by a week or whatever it ends up being.
My view is that Management have proven their ability to extract exceptional partnerships and value (e.g. re-imbursements from CMS) and they should be able to do the same with the re-seller agreement. I think with a short-term view the risk-reward is in our favour and I’m happy to be a buyer here.
