there are many scenarios to infer by not having this sealed by previous date noted from 4DX team, things change no doubt, however my take, if at the pointy end of the deal the gorilla is trying to place it's foot on our neck, i would almost certainly pivot as quickly as humanly possible (i.e. ATM preserves working capital optionality), who knows what events are transpiring, i still like this tory, time will tell.
