Lotz if what we have here is a "Bankable Deposit" we have to have at least a $100 million Company at the even the most conservative type of valuation. With approximately 262 million shares on issue plus 7 million convertable options that equates to a valuation per share of around 37 cents.
So to answer your "crystal ball" question - I would see a share price of around 15 cents after the Scoping study in its qualified terms puts a valuation on the project. When the BFS is released and funding secured, that is when we will see the SP in the 30 cent range (that is probably 6 - 9 months away). From there you know the various scenarios. Commisioning , first gold pour, ramp up, metal prices, first profit, dividends.......so in 2 years as a producer and strong metal prices can we see a share price pushing $1...who knows.
The market today has reacted positively and we will see some good volume. It is surprising to see so many sellers coming in to take advantage of todays announcement. I would have thought they have very good reason to hold.
Lotz if what we have here is a "Bankable Deposit" we have to...
