    yep...no idea

'philosophy' is the 'love of knowledge'

'religion' is that which 'unites with God'. it is intrinsically theistic

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion

religion is not simply what you/we do on a regular basis, specific or/and general, because all religion claims to unite the believer with the 'summum bonum', a Latin expression meaning "the highest good", which religion believes is 'God'

therefore, drug addicts, for example, who are acutely aware their habit is a massive problem for them, do not practise 'religion'

buddha knew best & buddha continue to use the Indian word 'dharma', which literally means: "to uphold" or "to support", which means 'that required for survival'

although all Indian 'religions' used the word 'dharma', for buddha, his dharma was that which upholds or supports peace of mind (Nirvana) rather than that which merely upholds the orderliness/morality of society (which is mostly the focus of hindu dharma)

the intrinsic meaning of 'dharma' is the best of understandings. 'dharma' is a word that, in its practicalness, surpasses both 'religion' & 'philosophy'

    good luck with that
