It looks as though Mackay remains a shareholder and that is all. A shareholder.
I sincerely hope no shareholders of ERG have a questionable background the last thing I want to see is a selloff!!
Therefor the inference that customers personal information may be abused because Mr Mackay is a shareholder is laughable. West is treading a rather fine line here. But then as M'irish said he is a journo not a reporter.More to the point a rather lame journo at that.
There are very strong laws protecting personal info, yes even in the Philipines.If that company shows poor conduct it will be harshly dealt with.
