fair point about the option price....but keep in mind that PHK's share price price is quite small in absolute terms, which means the share price would have to do a lot more than 50c for the holders of employee options to make a lot of money.

For example, if the share price got to 60c then the 40c options will only be worth $360,000 in total and the 50c options worth only $180,000....not exactly an earth shattering amount of money for 2-3 years of work for the employees.

Therefore I would guess that option holders will be aiming for a share price of a lot more than 60c.
