I have had a quick look at the announcements released today,and am naturally pleased that the company can be relisted tomorrow.
However, I didn't spot any reference to the date of the AGM. Nor do we have details of the company being acquired.
Does this mean there will be further announcements before relisting?
And how will we be acquiring this "complimentary"(sic) business? Cash? (not much of that!) Shares?
