Sounds to me that your fight for justice would be far more effective, and likely to succeed, from within!!

When the nominations come out with the AGM announcement it will be too late to change so what they put up is what you (shareholders) will get!

Best bet from what I can see is that whatever they roll-in, minus the allowance for dilution to existing holders, will be cash flow positive short term!?
