Could it be that ADY is just a phoenix company that will get all this debt and then transfer all its assets to another company and be scott free when they go under. The company mismanaged its commodity price risk, its foreign exchange risk and most of all its liquidity risk. I dont care what anyone says on this forum, the fact of the matter is that lithium is gone. Ive been in for several years and pumped alot of money into this stock for this reason only. If I wanted IO, there are better blue chip stock out there for that. Charge resources deal is the biggest pile of you know what and everyone can smell a rat. Charge is the RLL and demerger just happened in a way that has left us with zilch. We are not angry because this is the best thing to happen, we are angry because procedures have not been put in place to curb this risk as it was evident it could/would have occured. This is a disgrace.
