About these 'lots of licenses......', could you please name some of them that were delayed and took longer than 8 weeks.

The points I made in my post I feel are valid. If there was a delay, then that would answer my post saying there has been a delay and they know it is delayed and Im therefore wondering why it is delayed. Surely a delay is news.
