This deal looks great because turning cannabis into medical products was the missing gap that THC had. Have a look at the products on Phoenix website. Canndeo are already able to grow hemp for CBD oil which can then be put into Phoenix's delivery systems possibly without requiring new clinical trials or at least skipping to phase 3 because the end product will be identically the same.
