If all options were exercised there are 200M-odd shares total.

At $0.25 share price the EV/oz is currently (approx):

$14.50 just for shares (110M-odd)
or
$30 for all 200M





and producing !!! heaven forbid.



Unfortunately, I am making good coin trading XAUUSD at present with targets well below current price - ironic that PXG is now 80% of my stock portfolio and I am expecting $1500s soon for gold....!

Very happy to hold though because there is no way it will stay this low. Even in a general comparison to other explorers (eg KMC) - why would you buy an explorer with debt issues, mill-building issues, a non-producer, an explorer with less than 1M oz resource...... and so on. The reasons are many. We could benefit from a simple 'buy the best of the small explorers' strategy, even if gold price falls.... who knows.
