    In past, I worked with one of the top financial institution and was sitting closer to M&A team. (I knew the team member also)
    Following the implementation of a "Chinese wall," the M&A team relocated to a dedicated enclosed cabin and it became impossible to overhear or observe their activities. Leaking something would jeaopardy everyone's job.
