Welcoming Melbourne to the list in fourth place is the circa $61 million sale of the Toorak home of late businessman and Rich Lister Ron Walker, aka “Mr Melbourne”.The property, which has two pools and an eight-car basement garage, was purchased by Phoenix Lithium CEO and horse breeder Nick Wakim, who paid Melbourne’s highest 2023 price for the property known as Huntingfield. The sale price is estimated to be $61 million, but settlement next year will confirm the exact figure.
