It has been reiterated multiple times about considering ‘varying structures’ with multiple parties involved etc, it isn’t exactly language synonymous with a company that is confident of a 100% cash buyout, so it looks like a JV/50:50 equity+cash/IPO is the likely path we’ll venture down like I’ve suggested multiple times
At least another 6-9 months before we see any cash is in our accounts, likely the latter number
