You can call it as you see it. I personally don't see it as a delay because we weren't given a date. We were told they thought around 4 months but also that that was not a known quantity. However it is clearly taking longer than they expected, as they said themselves. I would have been very pleasantly surprised if it was all done in 4 months. I thought that sounded too short but I don't have much experience in that sort of thing so I just kept an open mind. Anyway, we have some time on our hands now with this one. Good to see the valuation is sounding like it was about right. That makes it sound like a potential full purchase or some sort of partial buy with resulting potential for a capital return to shareholders from part of a buy in deal. Just guessing on the possible outcomes.
