That is a very good sign regarding their confidence in the technology to produce lithium from the Salton Sea brine and even better, their expectations on capital and operating costs to be ready to now commit to a commercial plant despite current weak prices and near term low forecast prices.
It's a shame we don't get to see those numbers.
