A pull back and a base forming over more time wouldn't surprise me but it does look like the bottom is in. Of course, if you wait for a more drawn out bottom, you could miss out with a V shaped recovery instead. I was hoping to be able to invest in PLS and maybe a few others but PLS has already rallied significantly. Does it pull back again? I doubt it will retest its low. That's all good for us with Phoenix though. A V shaped recovery right now will be much better for us ahead of any deal.
