I would have thought that if the Australian had info on a deal, a deal of this size would be worthy of an article of its own. However if Nick is buying these properties just off the back of his Phoenix valuation, then that should suggest a deal is highly likely. I don't know whether that's the case though or if he already had sufficient wealth to purchase the properties without Phoenix.
