Even the latest update from Phoenix talks about the "partnering process to be completed by...."

Now, entering into JV typically does not count as a liquidity event; instead, IPO or takeover is normally considered a "liquidity event." So, we have mix signals here!

For us private shareholders getting cash is more likely with a "liquidity event" than with JV.

Thanks mate. I queried nicks appetite for partnering (jv) with this group before and there were a few who were really addament that hes after the full sale. Makes sense now if the webinars spoke mostly about liquidity events.

Some said the word "partnering" can also translate as a full sale also.

Would anyone care to confuse me any further...
