If we do see a liquidity event leading up to end of July, what do we all think see in regards to settlement?
100% cash?
100% stock?
50/50 cash stock?
75% cash, 25% Stock?
also, if stock is included in the buy out, will that entail a premium on the valuation Compared to all cash?
