This will allow buyers to bid in 10% increments.

Example :

As of now

- Holder of 5 units - offer for 50% of Phoenix leaves holder with 2.5 units... Doesn't work...
- Holder of 3 units- offer for 40% leaves holder with 1.8 units... Doesn't work

New structure
- Some who held 5, will now hold 50.... 50% works
- Some who held 3 now holds 30... 40% works

A raise now... The split doesn't make sense for the simplicity of a raise, unless it was a pre curser for IPO listing.
