Definitely stock split wasn't targeted for IPO.
At 1 billion USD valuation the value of 1 share is $157k TO $180K USD. Therefore, Stock split of 10 shares for every 1 share will bring this down to 15.7K to 18K USD per share. Its still too high. For the IPO the recommended stock split should be 1000:1 ($180 USD per share) or 10000:1 ($18 USD per share) or 100K : 1 ($1.8 USD per share).
Whatever it was aimed for, I don't want to hear share purchase plan to existing share holder.
