If there was nothing happening and the intention was to kick the can down the road and wait for the market to pick up, surely we would be notified and put on ice? Thats a quick and easy update, Nick could write that email himself? Also, I would think CPS are getting just as impatient as we are and are reaching out for some sort of feedback. Unfortunately I think this Nick guy is dismissing them the same way he dismissed the shareholders questions on the call over 7 weeks ago.
I could accept your 'no deal' scenario without too much disappointment but its the uncertainty thats killing us all.
