agree chuk. why would the company disclose anything by way of an update to shareholders that might weaken its negotiating position. We want management to get the best outcome for the asset and there is nothing to suggest that this is not the case.

Yes we were told a deal ‘could be as soon as 2 weeks’ but no definitive date was provided. People are getting ahead of themselves.
