    Mr JackBNimble

    Nothing significant has changed:

    1. I expected a capital raise on this forum, and it happened as anticipated.
    2. The overall valuation aligned with what most had predicted for last 2 years.
    3. In one of my earlier posts, I suggested that Nick should sell some stake at a higher valuation to establish a base. While he raised at $1.25 billion, the raise wasn’t a substantial amount—but that's not an issue. He made his stance on valuation clear.
    4. I also mentioned in a previous post that I was comfortable selling my shares at a USD $1.25 billion valuation, which is now reflected in the capital raise.
    5. However, shortly after the capital raise was completed, we saw the first delay, with timelines being pushed back.
    6. Enthusiasm among posters remains unchanged.
    7. We’re now waiting for Top Tier’s visit in February. After that, if anyone is interested in pursuing the deal at Nick’s valuation, the full due diligence process will likely begin—adding another 4 to 6 months to the timeline.

This remains a Power Ball trade, and as we know, the odds of winning it are too high.
