Looking at his age he clearing wants to sell Phoenix so he can sit back relax and enjoy the wealth he created. In the past he may have been aggressive about the valuation selling Phoenix. But now he is backing of the paddle and trying to transit away from the Phoenix. He may not be as aggressive as in past and may try to push the deal if anyone will be interesting.

How I interpreted, he's on the knife's edge of a sale/JV for us, once that happens he'll move his $$ into safe assets and take a step back from the frontline and enjoy his family and horses?
