The fact we have stand alone structured wells, extended acreage purchase and no other party involved over the last few years - offtakes, DLE companies etc, would suggest Nick's after a trade sale more then a JV.
More under the radar with no ties to any other companies would make it easier for a sale to get over the line IMO?
