I think while not divulging specific details, they may touch upon potential expressions of interest, the negotiation stage, and alternative options.

I believe webinar will primarily serve as a regular update, with some discussion on liquidity and valuation to address the enthusiasm among shareholders. It is unlikely that a buyout announcement will be the sole focus of this meeting.
