nick said this tier 1 project in usa in tier 1 jurisdiction of imperial valley say delivers a 12 mil tonnes of lce at a conservative price of aud$250 to aud$300 average that's roughly aud$3.3 bil in the mid range. as i've been saying that's very conservative for such a project.the size n scale is unique. i strongly believe it will be around 14 to 15 mil tonnes of lce as per my own numbers ( i won't reveal them as i like to keep them to myself, nick gave a lot of hints in that press) and most likely they will command a premium. he came across to me as a very conservative fella with numbers. i feel usd$2 bil + is where we will end up. as i said no one even heard of these guys over there that's unreal!! well jorc is when macquarie flashes to 60 of the who is who of all sorts of biggies around the globe n arnold would be a big asset for phoenix. i m glad my predictions were not too far off. it's good to go there n see the beast! well let's wait for jorc shall we
