oh - I didn't take that away at all. Part of their big sell all along has been how many acres of lease holding. It hasn't been here's how many acres in East Brawley, here's how many acres in South Brawley, here's......etc
I'm assuming the starting point is whole package is being sold as one. He also said they've done geophysical work over the whole area - not just East Brawley.
I think if you wanted to maximise your ability with a big name, it would be to put as much as possible on the table.
Of course- once they get into negotiations, quite possible someone comes in with a slab of cash (which doesn't cover all the lease holding) and say - I just want that bit (and they offer a premium just for the higher quality areas). That's where the negotiations kick in.
I just don't think their starting point is to carve it up and sell it in bits.
